This TOU governs your access to and use of the Site and any of the Services we provide through the Site (together the “Services”), whether accessed via web browser, mobile device and e-mail. By accessing or using the Site or any of its services, you hereby affirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, whether or not you are a registered user or customer of the Site. In these TOU, “Sree Maruti” and “we” refer to Sreemaruti.com and “User” or “you” refer to each visitor to this Site. We do not guarantee that access to or use of this Site or any Services will be uninterrupted or error free, and we shall not be liable for any feature not being accessible or for any unavailability of its Site and Services. We shall ensure to provide you the best services of an online shopping experience and any unavailability or payment decline or delivery delays due to external circumstances like earthquake, natural calamities etc – we would not be responsible for these situations. It is necessary and a precondition for you to register and give your username/credentials for accessing/purchasing through this site. Any username, password and/or other identification information must be kept confidential by you and must not be disclosed to, or shared with, anyone. You must check and ensure that all information, content, material or data you provide on this website is correct, complete, accurate and not misleading and disclose all relevant fact. Pricing & Offers/Discounts:

Pricing that you see in the site are indicative and are subject to change without any prior notice. If a product or service is listed at an incorrect price, then we will be deemed to do either of the following (a) reach out to you for revision of pricing and advice you towards the payment for the difference value (b) cancel your order with/without an intimation to you In case there are offers (consumer pack offers or discounts), and if the time period is closed for that offer we are eligible for not providing the offer to the customer irrespective of whether the order has been placed or not. Upon checking with customer either the order will be processed without free/discounts or the order will be cancelled.

Financial Terms/Payment/Return Policy:

Payment for your orders can be made through net banking, credit card, UPI or debit card. Cash on delivery (COD) option is not available – all orders are pre-paid orders and processing of orders begin only after payment confirmation. In case of any issue with payment due to technical glitch (error in bank payment, error 404 or any internet disconnectivity etc.) sreemaruti.com would not be responsible for the amount debited from customer’s account. In case if the amount has been credited to sreemaruti.com, we would look into the matter and ensure proper refund happens with 12-15 days. We will not be liable for any credit / debit card, UPI fraud or any misuse. Any product purchase done through our site will not be eligible for returns, kindly check your purchase orders before completing your payment. Once payment is completed, refund of the same will not be accepted – product dispatch would be done basis delivery timelines.

Shipping Details:

For shipping – within tamilnadu (per kg is Rs. 30) – expected time period of delivery 5-7 working days. Product weight + 15% packing weight to be added for calculation.

For shipping to kerala, karnataka, andhra, telengana – per kg is Rs. 80 – expected time period of delivery 8-9 working days. Product weight + 15% packing weight to be added for calculation.

For other states within India (per kg is Rs. 110) – expected time period of delivery is maximum of 8-10 working days. Product weight + 15% packing weight to be added for calculation.

Any orders above 3000 rupees would be shipping free.
