 Dosage & Administration

  • For External Use Only.

  • As Head Oil (Shiro Abhyanga):

    • Warm a small amount and apply to the scalp and temples.

    • Massage gently for 10–15 minutes before bath.

  • For Karna Purana (Ear Oiling):

    • Warm slightly and instill 2–3 drops in each ear, once daily or as prescribed by an Ayurvedic doctor.

Frequency: 3–4 times per week or as directed.
