Nirgundyadi Kashayam is a traditional Ayurvedic herbal decoction mainly used in the management of Vata disorders, especially those affecting the nervous system, joints, and head. It is prepared with Nirgundi (Vitex negundo) as the chief ingredient, along with other herbs that balance Vata and Kapha doshas.
