About:
Anu Thailam is a classical Ayurvedic medicated oil prepared with a combination of more than 20 herbal ingredients in a sesame oil base. It is primarily used for nasya therapy (nasal administration) in Ayurveda. Anu Thailam helps in cleansing and nourishing the nasal passages, improving respiratory health, and balancing the doshas, particularly Vata and Kapha.

Dosage & Administration (Nasya Method):

Adults: 2–6 drops in each nostril once or twice daily (morning is preferable)

Best used in lukewarm condition

Precautions:

Should be administered only after proper guidance on Nasya therapy

Not recommended during acute fever, cold with heavy congestion, or immediately after meals
