About
Arogyavarthini Gulika (also called Arogyavardhini Vati or Arogyavarthini Rasa) is one of the most well-known classical Ayurvedic formulations used to promote overall health and treat a wide range of metabolic, liver, and skin disorders.
The name literally means “that which restores health and vitality” — Arogya (health) + Vardhini (enhancing). It balances all three doshas (Vata, Pitta, and Kapha), supports detoxification, and rejuvenates the liver, skin, and digestive system.
