Asokarishtam (also spelled Ashokarishtam) is a classical Ayurvedic herbal tonic prepared mainly from the bark of the Ashoka tree (Saraca asoca) along with other herbs, jaggery, and natural fermentation. It is one of the most widely used Ayurvedic formulations for women’s health, especially in managing menstrual disorders, hormonal imbalance, and uterine health.
