Ashwagandha Choornam is a classical Ayurvedic herbal powder made from the root of Withania somnifera (Ashwagandha). Known as the “Indian Ginseng” or “Winter Cherry”, it is a potent Rasayana (rejuvenative herb) that promotes strength, vitality, and longevity.
