Ayaskrithi (also known as Ayaskriti or Ayaskrith) is a classical Ayurvedic fermented herbal formulation (Arishtam/Kwatha-based). It is prepared with Ayas (purified iron), Triphala, and other herbs, fermented with jaggery to enhance potency.

Traditionally, Ayaskrithi is used to improve digestion, metabolism, blood purification, and strength, while correcting anemia, skin disorders, obesity, and splenomegaly. Its iron-rich formulation makes it highly beneficial for Pandu (anemia) and general debility.
