About 

Hinguvachadi Gulika (also called Hinguvachadi Vati) is a classical Ayurvedic tablet widely used for digestive, respiratory, and neurological disorders. It is prepared with key herbs like Hingu (asafoetida), Vacha (sweet flag), Ajamoda, Pippali, Shunti, and Jeeraka, which are well known for their carminative, anti-spasmodic, and Vata-pacifying properties.

Traditionally, it is administered for indigestion, bloating, abdominal pain, asthma, cough, and even certain neurological conditions like epilepsy.

Dosage & Usage

• Tablets: 1–2 tablets, once or twice daily, with warm water or buttermilk, after food

• In respiratory disorders, may be taken with honey or warm water (as directed by a physician)

• Dosage should always be as per an Ayurvedic doctor’s advice

Precautions

• Should be taken only under medical supervision

• Avoid overdose as it may cause gastric irritation

• Not advised for pregnant women and children without doctor’s consultation

• Patients with gastric ulcers or hyperacidity should use with caution
