Ksheerabala 101 Aavarthi is a classical Ayurvedic medicated oil (tailam), prepared using Bala (Sida cordifolia) and milk (Ksheera), along with other rejuvenating herbs. The “101” indicates the traditional 101-day processing cycle used to enhance the potency of the oil. It is primarily used for neurological, musculoskeletal, and inflammatory disorders, and is also a part of Panchakarma therapy, particularly for abhyanga (therapeutic massage).
