About
Ksheerabala Thailam is a classical Ayurvedic medicated oil prepared using Bala (Sida cordifolia) processed with cow’s milk (Ksheera) and a suitable oil base, usually sesame oil. This gentle yet powerful formulation is widely used for Vatha disorders, nerve weakness, muscle pain, joint stiffness, and neurological conditions.
It is suitable for external massage and also used in Panchakarma therapies.

Dosage & Administration
