Narayana Thailam is a classical Ayurvedic medicated oil (Taila) prepared with a combination of herbs including Dashamoola, Nimba (Neem), and other Vata-Kapha balancing herbs. It is primarily used in Ayurvedic Panchakarma therapies, especially for Vata disorders, joint pain, and neurological conditions.
It is widely utilized for external application (Abhyanga), Basti (enema), and massage therapies to relieve pain, inflammation, and stiffness.
