Dosage & Administration

Mode of Use: Used for nasya (nasal application).

Dosage: A small pinch (approx. 50–100 mg) of powder is gently blown or sniffed through the nostrils.

Time: Best used in the morning after oil massage and mild steaming.

Aftercare: Spit out excess mucus after application and rinse the mouth with warm water.
Note: Should be administered under supervision if used for therapeutic nasya.
