Nilavembu Kashayam is a classical Siddha and Ayurvedic herbal decoction prepared mainly from Nilavembu (Andrographis paniculata), also known as Kalmegh or the “King of Bitters.” It is traditionally used to treat fever, viral infections, and body detoxification. Widely recommended during dengue, chikungunya, and other viral outbreaks, Nilavembu Kashayam is valued for its immune-boosting, antipyretic, and detoxifying properties.

Dosage & Administration:
