Nisakathakadi Kashayam is a classical Ayurvedic herbal decoction mainly prescribed for Prameha (diabetes mellitus and related complications). Prepared from a combination of herbs like Nisha (Turmeric), Kathaka (Strychnos potatorum), Triphala, and other Pitta-Kapha pacifying ingredients, this formulation supports blood sugar balance, metabolism, and urinary system health.
It is widely used in Ayurvedic management of diabetes, diabetic neuropathy, and obesity.

Dosage & Usage

Adults: 10–15 ml Kashayam, diluted with equal quantity of lukewarm water, twice daily before food
