About 

Pathyadishadangam Kashaya Gulika is a classical Ayurvedic tablet prepared from the Pathyadishadangam Kashayam (a herbal decoction). It is mainly prescribed for fever, headache, migraine, sinusitis, and inflammatory conditions.

The formulation is Pitta-pacifying and anti-inflammatory, making it highly effective in recurrent fevers, burning sensations, and heat-related disorders.

Dosage & Administration

• Adults: 1–2 tablets, once or twice daily, before food with lukewarm water

• Children: As prescribed by physician

• Usually given along with Kashayam or Arishtam for enhanced action

• Best taken under Ayurvedic doctor’s guidance

Precautions

• Should be taken only under medical supervision

• Avoid in pregnancy and lactation unless prescribed

• Overdose may cause excessive dryness or gastric irritation

• Not recommended for people with extreme Vata imbalance unless combined with suitable medicines
