About
Patoladi Kashayam is a classical Ayurvedic herbal decoction mainly indicated in skin diseases, fever, jaundice, and digestive disorders. The chief ingredient is Patola (Trichosanthes dioica – pointed gourd leaves), along with a combination of bitter herbs that help pacify Pitta and Kapha doshas.
It is widely used for conditions like skin rashes, itching, eczema, boils, and inflammatory disorders. Patoladi Kashayam is also beneficial in liver disorders due to its detoxifying and blood-purifying properties.
