Pirandai Uppu is a traditional Siddha herbal–mineral formulation prepared using Pirandai (Cissus quadrangularis) processed with purified salt through classical methods. Pirandai is well known in Siddha medicine for its remarkable ability to strengthen bones, accelerate fracture healing, and improve digestion.
This medicine is commonly prescribed for bone-related disorders, digestive weakness, and Vatha conditions, and is taken in very small doses under medical supervision.
