Rasagandhi Mezhugu is a classical Siddha herbo-mineral formulation, primarily used to treat chronic diseases, including autoimmune disorders, benign tumors, skin conditions, and joint ailments. “Mezhugu” means medicated wax or paste in Tamil, and this formulation involves a combination of purified mercury (Rasam) and sulfur (Gandhagam) along with several medicinal herbs.
It is traditionally prepared following stringent purification (Suddhi) and alchemical methods, ensuring its potency and safety when used under medical supervision.
