About
Saribasavam (also spelled Saribadyasavam) is a traditional Ayurvedic fermented liquid formulation (Asava) prepared with Sariva (Hemidesmus indicus) as the chief ingredient. It is widely used for purifying blood, improving skin health, and treating urinary tract and rheumatic disorders.
This Asava has Pitta-shamaka (Pitta pacifying) and Rakta-prasadana (blood purifying) actions. It acts as a mild detoxifier, helping to remove toxins from the blood and improving overall complexion and vitality.
