Silasathu Parpam is a classical Siddha herbo-mineral formulation, traditionally prepared through purification and calcination of Silasathu (a type of purified stone/mineral). It is primarily used in the treatment of urinary tract disorders, especially burning micturition, urinary obstruction, and discomfort during urination. The medicine also helps in maintaining urinary system health and balances aggravated Pitta in the body.

Dosage & Administration
