About
Sinduvarairanda Thailam is a classical Ayurvedic medicated oil prepared with Sinduvara (Vitex negundo) and Eranda (Castor oil plant) as the chief ingredients. It is primarily used in the management of Vata disorders, arthritis, joint stiffness, swelling, and muscle pains.
This oil is well-known for its anti-inflammatory, analgesic, and Vata-pacifying properties and is often used in Abhyanga (therapeutic massage), Dhara, Pichu, and other external Ayurvedic therapies.
