Description
About
Sudhabala Thailam is a classical Ayurvedic medicated oil highly valued for its action on the nervous and muscular systems. It is primarily used for treating Vata-related disorders, such as neuromuscular weakness, paralysis, and joint pain.
The main ingredient, Bala (Sida cordifolia), means “strength” — and true to its name, Sudhabala Thailam rejuvenates and strengthens the body, restores vitality, and calms the Vata dosha. It is mainly used externally in Panchakarma therapies like Abhyanga, Pichu, Shirodhara, and Kizhi.
