Description
About
Sundheebaladi Kashaya Choornam is a classical Ayurvedic formulation primarily used to relieve joint pain, inflammation, and muscular stiffness. The name “Sundheebaladi” comes from its key ingredients — Sundhi (Dry Ginger) and Bala (Sida cordifolia) — which together offer anti-inflammatory, analgesic, and rejuvenating effects.
This choornam is prepared into a decoction (kashayam) before administration and is traditionally used to treat arthritis, back pain, muscle strain, and Vata-related disorders. It strengthens the nerves and muscles while reducing swelling and stiffness.
