Dosage & Administration

  • Preparation: Boil 1 tablespoon (approx. 10 g) of Sundheebaladi Kashaya Choornam in 200 ml of water, reduce to 50 ml, and filter.

  • Dosage: 50 ml twice daily before food.

  • Anupanam (co-drink): Can be taken with Dhanwantharam Thailam, ghee, or lukewarm water as directed by a physician.

  • Duration: As prescribed by an Ayurvedic doctor (usually 2–4 weeks).
