Thrunapanchamooladi Kashayam is a classical Ayurvedic herbal decoction (kashayam) prepared mainly with Thrunapanchamoola (a group of five grass roots: Kusa, Kasha, Darbha, Shara, and Ikshu roots) along with other supporting herbs.
It is highly regarded for its diuretic, cooling, and detoxifying properties and is mainly used in urinary tract disorders, kidney ailments, and inflammatory conditions. The decoction helps in balancing Pitta and Kapha doshas while eliminating excess heat and toxins from the urinary system.

Dosage & Usage
