Description
About
Varanadi Thailam (also spelled Varanadi Tailam) is a traditional Ayurvedic medicated oil known for its powerful detoxifying, anti-inflammatory, and fat-reducing properties. It is used both externally and internally (under supervision) to treat obesity, thyroid disorders, headaches, inflammatory swelling, joint pain, and certain skin diseases.
This thailam is prepared using Varanadi Kashayam as a base, which includes a combination of 16 potent herbs (the Varanadi Gana). The oil primarily helps to balance Kapha and Vata doshas, remove Ama (toxins), and improve metabolism.
