About
Vasarishtam is a classical Ayurvedic fermented liquid preparation (Arishta) made primarily from Vasa (Adhatoda vasica), known for its powerful respiratory benefits. It is prepared by fermenting medicinal herbs in water along with jaggery/honey, making it mildly alcoholic and easily absorbable.
It is mainly prescribed in respiratory and lung-related disorders, as it acts as an excellent bronchodilator, expectorant, and blood purifier.

Dosage & Administration

Adults: 15–30 ml with equal quantity of water, twice daily after food
