Return/Exchange Policy
If the package is received as damaged, we would require the image and video of unboxing. We would be able to process for return/refund only upon receiving this unboxing video and photo. Kindly note that any claims of damage or broken/spilled product would not be accepted without the unboxing video and picture.
Return/Exchange Procedure
Send us a mail at contactsreemaruti@gmail.com within a day of receiving the parcel requesting a return or exchange explaining the exact reason with the attachment of unboxing video and picture. If needed, you can contact us through our customer care WhatsApp number (6381767546) for any urgent clarifications only on working days (Monday-Saturday: 10AM to 6PM). If provided with proper details and proofs, we will make sure your return or exchange process is hassle-free.
Cancellation
Any of the orders placed with www.sreemaruti.com will not be able to cancel upon completing the payment. Any cancellation request or refund after the completion of payment would not be entertained.
In case of unavailability of certain products, the support team from “Sree Maruti” would reach out the concerned customer and ask for any of the three options mentioned below:
- Extending the shipping time (if the product would be replenished soon)
- Replace the ordered product with other products of same value (since payment would have been completed)
- Refund of the mentioned value of the unavailable product only (as paid by the customer) & not for the entire order value. This refund request would be processed within 3-5 days from the placement of order
Financial Terms/Payment/Return Policy:
Payment for your orders can be made through net banking, credit card, UPI or debit card. Cash on delivery (COD) option is not available – all orders are pre-paid orders and processing of orders begin only after payment confirmation. In case of any issue with payment due to technical glitch (error in bank payment, error 404 or any internet disconnectivity etc.) sreemaruti.com would not be responsible for the amount debited from customer’s account. In case if the amount has been credited to sreemaruti.com, we would look into the matter and ensure proper refund happens with 12-15 days. We will not be liable for any credit / debit card, UPI fraud or any misuse.
Any product purchase done through our site will not be eligible for returns, kindly check your purchase orders before completing your payment. Once payment is completed, refund of the same will not be accepted – product dispatch would be done basis delivery timelines.
