Annabedi Chenduram No.1 is a classical Siddha herbo-mineral formulation prepared mainly using purified mercurial and metallic compounds, notably Annabedi (Red oxide of mercury) and other ingredients processed as per traditional methods. It is presented in tablet form for ease of administration and is widely used in the treatment of anaemia, chronic respiratory disorders, and general debility.

This medicine is known for its rejuvenating, immunomodulatory, and haematinic (blood-building) properties.
