Baladhathryadi Thailam is a classical Ayurvedic medicated oil prepared using Bala (Sida cordifolia) and Dhathri (Emblica officinalis) as its chief ingredients in a coconut oil (Kera Thailam) base. Dosage & Administration

External Application:
Warm the oil slightly and massage gently over the affected area, head, or entire body. Leave it on for 30–60 minutes before bathing with warm water. -
Internal Use (if advised by a physician):
5–10 drops with warm milk or water, once or twice daily. -
As Shiro Abhyanga (head massage):
Apply to scalp and temples for relaxation and headache relief.
Note: Internal use should be under qualified Ayurvedic supervision only.
