Dosage & Usage

For External Use (Abhyanga / Massage):

  • 5–10 drops to 1 teaspoon with warm milk or water, as prescribed by a physician

In Panchakarma:
Used in therapies like Snehana, Basti, and Nasya for Vata-related issues
