Description
About
Cheriya Bala Thailam is a classical Ayurvedic medicated oil widely used in Vata-related neuromuscular and musculoskeletal disorders. The term “Cheriya” means “small” in Malayalam, indicating that this oil is a milder and lighter version of the more potent Maha Bala Thailam.
It is prepared primarily with Bala (Sida cordifolia) as the main ingredient in a sesame oil base, along with nourishing and Vata-pacifying herbs.
