About
Gulguluthikthakam Kashayam (also called Guggulutiktaka Kashayam) is a classical Ayurvedic decoction that combines Guggulu (Commiphora mukul) with Tikta Dravyas (bitter herbs). It is mainly prescribed for chronic skin diseases, arthritis, gout, abscesses, and inflammatory conditions caused by vitiated Vata, Pitta, and Rakta doshas.
It is well-known for its detoxifying, anti-inflammatory, and wound-healing properties.

Dosage & Administration

Kashayam (decoction): 10–15 ml diluted with equal quantity of warm water

Twice daily, usually before food or as directed by an Ayurvedic physician

Can also be available in tablet form (Gulguluthikthakam Kashayam Gulika) for convenience
Precautions

Not advisable for pregnant women without doctor’s advice
