About
Maha Narayana Thailam (also known as Valia Narayana Thailam) is a powerful classical Ayurvedic medicated oil used mainly for neurological, musculoskeletal, and joint disorders. It is prepared with a rich combination of herbs in a sesame oil base, making it one of the most potent rejuvenating and pain-relieving oils in Ayurveda. Traditionally, it is used in therapies like Abhyanga (massage), Kizhi (bolus massage), and Pizhichil (oil bath therapy).

Dosage & Administration
- 
External Use Only 
- 
Warm the oil slightly and massage gently over the affected area/joints 
- 
Leave for 30–45 minutes before washing off with lukewarm water 
- 
Can be used daily or as directed by an Ayurvedic physician

Commonly used in Panchakarma treatments (Abhyanga, Kizhi, Pizhichil, etc.) 
Precautions

For external application only, not for internal use

Avoid use on open wounds or skin infections unless advised by a physician
