Maha Narayana Thailam (also known as Valia Narayana Thailam) is a powerful classical Ayurvedic medicated oil used mainly for neurological, musculoskeletal, and joint disorders. It is prepared with a rich combination of herbs in a sesame oil base, making it one of the most potent rejuvenating and pain-relieving oils in Ayurveda. Traditionally, it is used in therapies like Abhyanga (massage), Kizhi (bolus massage), and Pizhichil (oil bath therapy).

Dosage & Administration

External Use Only

Warm the oil slightly and massage gently over the affected area/joints

Leave for 30–45 minutes before washing off with lukewarm water
