Manibhadram Leham (also called Manibhadra Lehyam) is a traditional Ayurvedic herbal jam-like formulation (Leham/Lehyam) primarily used for skin diseases, constipation, and detoxification. It is a combination of herbs, jaggery, and ghee, formulated to purify blood, cleanse the bowels, and remove toxins. It is especially prescribed in eczema, psoriasis, itching, acne, and worm infestations, while also improving digestion.
