Nishkalkan Thailam is a classical Ayurvedic medicated oil primarily used for musculoskeletal disorders, joint pain, nerve pain, and chronic inflammation. It is prepared by infusing potent medicinal herbs in sesame oil, making it ideal for external application (Abhyanga) and localized treatment.
