About
Nisoseeradi Thailam (also known as Nisoshiradi Thailam or Nisoshiradi Keratailam) is a traditional Ayurvedic medicated oil primarily used in the treatment of neurological disorders, muscle stiffness, and pain in the head and neck region.
This Thailam is prepared in a base of coconut oil (Keratailam) infused with herbs like Nisa (Turmeric), Seeri (Cumin), and other Pitta- and Vata-pacifying herbs. It is known for its cooling, anti-inflammatory, and nerve-strengthening properties.
It is commonly used for external application, head massage (Shiro Abhyanga), and nasal administration (Nasya).

Dosage & Administration
Usage Methods:

External application (Abhyanga): Apply gently on head or affected area, keep for 20–30 minutes, and wash off with lukewarm water.
