Peenasa Thailam is a classical Siddha medicated oil traditionally used in the management of Peenasa rogam (sinusitis, chronic cold, nasal congestion, and headache). Prepared with potent herbs infused in oil, it helps clear blocked nasal passages, reduce sinus pressure, and relieve head heaviness.
This oil is commonly used for external application and also as nasal drops (Nasya) under medical guidance.

Dosage & Administration
For External Use:

Apply a few drops on forehead, nose bridge, and chest

Massage gently 1–2 times daily
For Nasal Use (Nasya – only under physician guidance):
