Rasnadi Choornam is a classical Ayurvedic herbal powder used mainly for external application on the scalp. It is prepared with herbs like Rasna (Pluchea lanceolata), Vetiver, Clove, Cardamom, Sandalwood, and other cooling ingredients. Traditionally applied on the crown of the head after bathing, it helps prevent headache, sinusitis, dizziness, and cold. A pinch of powder is mixed with a few drops of water (or preferably coconut oil/ghee) and applied on the crown of the head (Brahmarandhra) after bath
