About
Rasnadi Thailam (also known as Rasnadi Taila) is a classical Ayurvedic medicated oil widely used for external application on the head to relieve headache, sinusitis, dizziness, and cold-related ailments.
The formulation is prepared with Rasna (Pluchea lanceolata) and other herbs infused in a base of sesame oil (Tila Taila), giving it excellent Vata–Kapha pacifying properties.
It is primarily used for application over the scalp and crown area after bathing, especially after oil baths or hair wash, to prevent cold, sinus congestion, and stiffness in the head and neck region.

Apply a small quantity (2–3 drops) of Rasnadi Thailam on the crown of the head (vertex) after:
