Sapthasaram Kashaya Gulika (also called Sapthasara Gulika or Sapthasaram Tablet) is a classical Ayurvedic medicine in tablet form, prepared from the decoction (Kashayam) of seven potent herbs (Saptha = Seven).
It is primarily used for digestive disorders, constipation, abdominal bloating, and gynecological problems such as menstrual pain, cramps, and irregular menstruation.
This formulation helps in regulating Vata dosha in the lower abdomen and stimulates proper bowel movement and uterine function.
