About
Asaneladi Thailam is a traditional Ayurvedic medicated oil primarily used for musculoskeletal and neurological disorders. Prepared with Asana (Pterocarpus marsupium) and other herbs in a sesame oil base, it is known for its powerful anti-inflammatory, analgesic, and rejuvenating properties.
It is especially beneficial in joint pain, arthritis, muscle stiffness, and body aches caused by Vata imbalance. When used for massage (Abhyanga), it helps improve flexibility, relieves fatigue, and strengthens muscles and bones.

Dosage & Administration

External Application:
Warm the oil slightly and massage gently over the affected area or the entire body.
Leave it on for 30–60 minutes before bathing with warm water. -
As Abhyanga (Full Body Massage):
Ideal for daily use or as part of Panchakarma treatments like Pizhichil and Abhyangam. -
As Nasyam or Shirodhara:
Can be used under expert supervision for neurological conditions.
