About 

Gandha Thailam is a classical Ayurvedic medicated oil widely used for nasal (Nasya) therapy and external applications. Prepared using a base of sesame oil enriched with aromatic herbs and resins, it is primarily used to balance Kapha and Vata doshas, relieve headache, sinus congestion, and neurological disorders, and improve cognitive and sensory functions.

In Ayurveda, Gandha Thailam is considered sattva-enhancing and nerve-soothing, often prescribed in conditions related to the head, eyes, nose, and ears.

Dosage & Administration

• External use: Massage on scalp, head, or affected area as prescribed

• Nasal use (Nasya): 2–6 drops per nostril depending on age and condition

• Duration: As prescribed during Panchakarma or chronic therapy

• Avoid contact with eyes; if contact occurs, rinse immediately
