Jeerakarishtam is a classical Ayurvedic fermented liquid preparation (Arishta) primarily used for digestive disorders. It is prepared by fermenting a combination of Jeeraka (Cumin seeds) along with other carminative and digestive herbs in water and jaggery, resulting in a mildly alcoholic, easily absorbable tonic.

Adults: 15–30 ml with equal quantity of water, twice daily after food
