About
Rasnasaptakam Kashayam is a classical Ayurvedic herbal decoction widely used in the treatment of pain and stiffness caused by Vata imbalance. It is prepared from a combination of seven medicinal herbs with Rasna (Pluchea lanceolata) as the chief ingredient. Traditionally, it is prescribed for musculoskeletal and neurological disorders, particularly in the lower back, thighs, sacral region, and chest wall nerves.

Dosage & Administration

Tablet form: 1–2 tablets twice daily with warm water.

Decoction (Kashayam) form: 15–20 ml twice daily with equal quantity of warm water.
